good breakfast comfortable room helpful staff
The breakfast was very good, it had many options. The room was comfortable and adequate for my two night stay. The location of the hotel is also good. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
The room was quite warm, even with the fan provided. The lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet included both continental options like pastries and cereals and cooked-to-order hot dishes. The food was fresh, and the variety ensured there was something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked English breakfast.

spacious family room basement games
the family room was quite spacious and cozy. i appreciated the convenience of eating at the bar and restaurant every day . i also enjoyed the games in the basement.
the hotel lacked an elevator. it made moving luggage slightly inconvenient.

lovely building helpful staff member broken shelf expensive parking
the building was lovely. i had a croissant for breakfast, and it tasted fresh. the reception staff member was helpful and professional. it was good to speak with someone who was so competent.
my room needed a face lift. the suitcase shelf was broken and the toilet seat old. parking a car nearby was not easy. long stay car parking was very expensive.

friendly staff reasonable breakfast limited parking outdated decor
the staff provided friendly service, which i appreciated. the breakfast was also quite reasonable for the location.
There was no free parking available on site. I had to find street parking. the room's decor seemed outdated, and some sockets were loose.

the family room provided enough space for everyone i traveled with the staff were mostly friendly and helpful the room staff maintained high standards of cleanliness the building's architecture added to the overall appeal.

the staff supported taxi access and offered warm welcomes the bar and restaurant service was quick and efficient making for a pleasant experience throughout my stay the function room was well-managed for a special event.

the rooms were clean and equipped with amenities such as ironing boards irons and hairdryers the room also had constant hot water on demand i found it warm and comfortable during cold nights the wifi signal was strong.

the hotel offered a seated garden area this space is especially appealing during the summer months the function room was a really good space with access to the beer garden when there's nice weather and good public transport links.
